⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Packers & Movers Service

I had a very disappointing experience with this packers and movers company.

1. The team arrived 2 hours late despite repeated reminders over the last 10 days to reach early so that the shifting could be completed on time. The committed arrival time was 8:00 AM, but only one person arrived at 9:00 AM, and the second person arrived at 9:30 AM. Actual packing work started around 10:00 AM.

2. The commitment was for 3 laborers and 1 supervisor, but only 1 laborer and 1 supervisor handled the entire work. The supervisor made many promises such as “don’t worry, we will take care of everything,” but the actual service was far from what was promised.

3. Due to the shortage of manpower, I had to hire my own laborers to ensure the work was completed on time.

4. The carrier vehicle was too small for the amount of household goods.

5. Items were forcefully pushed and stacked on top of each other, increasing the risk of damage.

6. The vehicle was overloaded, which was unsafe and unprofessional.

7. The load height exceeded safe limits, creating additional transportation risks.

8. Bike transportation was committed during booking, but at the last moment I was informed that the bike would be shifted the next day.

9. The LED TV remained pending, and I was asked to carry it in my own car, which is completely unacceptable after paying for a full shifting service.

Overall, there was a significant gap between what was promised and what was delivered. Poor planning, inadequate manpower, delays, and unsafe handling of goods made this a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this service to others.
